Howdy,
Does anyone have a good source for Hymns, songs and choruses already done in PowerPoint? I hate to type these hymns when I am SURE that most of them have already been done.

Hi, Jeremiah.
I found this:
http://www.2guysandgod.net/index3.htm
and there's lots more by typing in the words:
powerpoint hymns
on www.google.com (search engine).
Hope that helps! :cool: -
Hi Jeremiah;
There are copyright issues here, as most of the stuff will not be public domain. If your church has a CCLI license, that may allow sharing of PowerPoint with another church also licensed.
However, i recently found a neat program called PowerWorship. It will take downloaded files from CCLI --- which you can only do if you have a CCLI license (so it's legal) --- and create a database of songs. Then, when you set up a worship service, you simply click on the songs and tell it to create the presentation. It also has a built-in song library of the public domain stuff.
I've forgotten the URL but if you use google just put in PowerWorship and you will find it...
Blessings, Pastor Rich -
Jeremiah - for a church your size, it would probably only cost $120-150 a year for the CCLI license and total use of power point materials (as well as print, transparencies, slides, bulletin)
There are LOTS of programs already done for the computer - check CBD
