The SDA people do not keep to the OT dietary restrictions like they claim. Oh sure, they won't eat pork or the other foods the OT says are not supposed to be eaten, but the foods they do eat do not meet the requirements of being "kosher". The beef, chicken, and turkey that they do eat and buy at the local Piggly Wiggly or Kroeger's food stores is chock full of blood, and that is forbidden by the OT dietary laws.
The only way that the SDA folks could keep in line with the OT dietary laws would be to only consume Kosher meats. It becomes "kosher" by being soaked in a salt solution that removes every trace of blood from the meat and the actual killing of the animals must be done by a Rabbi (or possibly under his direct supervision).
The time and process required top make foods kosher also causes the price of these type foods to be very expensive. So when a SDA adherent tells you they are abiding by "God's" law (as they tell you they do for worship) in regards to food consumption they are not being truthful.
SDA People Do Not Keep To The OT Dietary Restrictions

"Blue Zones have the highest concentrations of centenarians in the world, and the primary reason for this is that they’ve adopted healthy diets and active lifestyles, and above all else, they place high value on social wellness and spirituality. In his book The Blue Zones, Dan Buettner researched and evaluated communities around the world that hosted higher levels of 100-year-old residents. His goal was to uncover the specific factors that these communities shared so that everyone, all over the world, could learn from them. After completing his research, Buettner labeled only five communities as official “Blue Zones”: Ikaria, Greece; Okinawa, Japan; Sardinia, Italy; Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica; and Loma Linda, California.
Loma Linda, California, is unique because a large percentage of its residents is Seventh-day Adventist. Because health is central to their faith, it is not surprising that the people of Loma Linda are longevity all-stars. They get regular exercise, eat meat sparingly (if at all), don’t drink or smoke, and surround themselves with like-minded friends who share their values and support positive habits. Because they place value on fresh fruits, vegetables, grains and beans, there’s a lot to be said about the power of the Adventist diet—and the folks of Loma Linda aren’t the only ones living the Blue Zone way.
In 2016, Adventist Health Castle in Kailua, Hawaii, became the first Blue Zones Project Approved worksite in Hawaii. What does that mean? Essentially, the facility offers its employees access wellness resources, a vegetarian bistro, healthy vending machine options and ergonomic workstations for healthier working habits. Blue Zones initiatives such as these have had a significant impact to date, reaching around 3.4 million lives across 42 communities in nine states, according to the Blue Zones official website.

"Saturday" is pagan Roman time (midnight to midnight), while the Sabbath of the LORD is based in God's time, in scripture, from evening unto evening, as the scriptural day begins at evening, followed by morning.
Even Roman Catholicism acknowledges this timeframe, which is why in certain instances 'mass' is celebrated on 'Saturday evening', for Sunday.
Also, as for worship, we worship God, 24/7/365, not merely upon the Sabbath, the 7th day, the Lord's day. We also gather on many days of the week, besides the Sabbath, including on the first day of the week, depending. Yet, not every day is the day of God's rest, as the 7th day is, and not every day is holy and sanctified as the 7th day is.
Therefore, keep preaching this message, for since if they will not listen to those Seventh-day Adventists who preach this, maybe they will listen to the stones crying out. -
No cell phones, no use of car, no tv. use of combustion is kindling a fire.
The idea anyone is keeping sabbath is a joke. Better ask Jews how its done. -
'Jews' today reject Jesus, and don't know how it is done, since Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath (Mark 2:27). -

Rom_8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
1Pe_2:21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
1Jn_2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
1Jn_2:6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
So here is Jesus being that example while preaching the Gospel:
Luk 4:14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. Here is Paul following that example:
Luk 4:15 And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.
Luk 4:16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.
Luk 4:17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,
Luk 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
Luk 4:19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
Luk 4:20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
Luk 4:21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
Act_17:2 And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures,
Act 17:3 Opening and alleging, that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again from the dead; and that this Jesus, whom I preach unto you, is Christ.
Other examples of Apollos, and Jews and Gentiles are in the Book of Acts. -
