I imagine to HER, a "Brit" accent is normal!!

Back home from the Home School Christmas Concert. Had it at the E Free church even though none of the home schoolers were from it. It was good to be back.

Good Morning All!

I do not, I repeat do NOT have an accent!

I worked my fingers to the bone yesterday! I only have one item left to crochet!

I am making a big pot of chili for supper tonight and the rest to freeze for Christmas company. I need a bigger freezer.

It is 21º with snow flurries here today, not too much wind. I'm still glad I don't have to be out in it.

Looks like I won't get a flu shot this year. Everyone is out of the flu vaccine. Oh well, I've never had one in my life and I've survived so far...

Off to check other forums.

Its raining out---can't be there much---gonna drip me a pot of coffee and read here a little--tonight will get "cranked up"---SS class party last night and another one tonight---Preachers are "privy" to invites to parties--went to the Sr. Adult Christmas luncheon yesterday, too!

Windy BOY HOWDY from Wyoming. Wind is howling down out of the mountains (sustained at 35pmh+), but of course temps are warming. Nearly 32F and climbing.

Good to see some others on the BB have a hard time getting going on a winter morning!

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CST THIS EVENING.

SNOW WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA THIS MORNING & INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY BY EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. EXPECT TWO TO THREE INCHES OF SNOW ALONG & WEST OF A CANTON TO DECATUR TO SHELBYVILLE LINE BY THIS EVENING.BEFORE TAPERING OFF TO FLURRIES.

But I remember the o-l-d days driving south from Rockford to abNormal on old US51. Least bit of ice or snow and cars/trucks were out in every corn field!

It is grey and wet here today. Almost dark too. I will be back in a few, the cat has adopted the house next door...so I got to go and give her a pill.

Dr. B.: That Blizzard looks good, but our DQ shuts down during the winter.

2-3 inches of snow is nothing, but it will be our first measurable snowfall this year...don't like to see that cause I know there's more to come!
