Does anyone remember when we counted starches and sugar? It wasn't called carbs and it was easier to understand than complex carbs and the simple carbs.
I have now lost 11 pounds after 12 days on a diet. During this time, I have had no sweets, no bread, no pasta, no rice, but it is getting more difficult to do without some of these things. So probably next week I will start adding a few back into my diet.
Until today, I was feeling great, but I think I ate something that disagreed with me last night.
Actually, my waist is returning. Yeah!!!!
