You make the claim that you don't want to limit the 7th day to the 7th day of the actual week even though your own Baptist Confession of Faith admits it is the "SAME DAY of the WEEK" that is kept from Adam to the cross.

Your claim and your objection to not wanting to admit to what is clearly there - is not "proof" that your preference has merit. You simply state your preference.

You have free will to prefer your ideas over the Bible if you so wish.

    in Christ,

    Bob

Your problem is that you are restricting the Sabbath Law narrowly to one type of application when the principle behind the Sabbath Law is far broader and more inclusive.

Again, finish reading my post. The Jewish and SDA restrictive application actually violates the Greater Principle and thus ultimate design for God's SAbbath Law.

It is not that your application to the seventh day of the week is wrong as that is perfectly legitimate as a primary application but where your error enters is your dogmatic restriction of the Sabbath Law to the seventh day "of the week." Indeed, that dogmaticism actually violates God's ultimate design for the Sabbath Law. God's application of the Sabbath Law is much broader than either the Jewish or SDA and NECESSARILY SO as the Sabbath PRINCPLE transcends any 24 hour day including the first day of the week.
