Ahh Peanut butter! How I miss it.
I like Jiff the best. Its hard to find here and usually is ridiculously expensive. -
Am I the only one who voted correctly in the poll (crunchy)

mie is sugar free, I think it's Jif, I prefer crunchy, but can't get it sugar free here.

I may not be a mother (Choosy mothers choose Jif), but I will only eat Jif. I've tried other brands, but none of them compare to Jif IMHO. Unfortunately, I can't find any sugar free Jif, and I'm diabetic.

The store brand of one of the grocery stores where I shop is the best. Also, I like smooth better than crunchy. However, I don't eat peanut butter too much. I have a jar now that is getting low but I've had it a long time.
I go through phases with it and when I eat it, I have it on toast for breakfast. -

Generic brand like Jif; will usually be right by Jif. And smooth. However, I don't buy it very often, even though I like it-- I know I can get a small jar and snack crackers, and put away half that jar while watching a movie or ball game. So I know better.

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep with jelly oh my not another American weapon of mass indigestion................................aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

I buy low-fat and sugar-free, however, since all of the recalls are still on for peanuts and everything containing them, I'm not eating any...

My favourite peanut? I always favoured Charlie Brown.
Cheers,

I voted "other." A bulk foods store in our area makes fresh peanut butter in a machine right there in the store. The ingredients are peanuts and oil--no sugar, additives, etc. It's the best!

I prefer creamy peanut butter. I have had too many bad experiences with the crunchy peanut butter. Mostly as a kid. I have lost three teeth to the crunchy variety.
This thread also reminded me of when I was a teenager, I used to read Cracked Magazine (similar to MAD Magazine). In one issue, they made some phony labels that looked like actual products. They had one label that looked like Campbell's Soup, but was something else. They also had a label that looked like Peter Pan Peanut Butter. It was called Peter Pain Sadistic Peanut Butter. One of the ingredients listed were tiny shards of glass.
At that time I worked for Food World & was tempted to put one of those labels on one of peanut butter containers & see if someone noticed it. I chickened out.
