That test is more a test to see if you are a fundamental, politically-hyperconservative thinker, rather than a test for a broad-based biblical worldview.
Certainly, they have a biblical worldview (not necessarily good one), but it is not a test that merely checks your biblical outlook. Otherwise why would they ask non-biblically-related agree/disagree questions like:
- George W. Bush is the President of the United States of America.
- The more a government resembles a pure democracy the more disorder and confusion occur.
- It is the responsibility of the federal government to create wealth.
- Individual freedoms would be advanced and protected under a one-world government under United Nations authority.
- The federal government should require students to pass a national test before graduating from high school.
- The federal government should be directly involved in determining which students go to college and which students go into the work place and what jobs they hold.

What a joke of a test. A flat tax is the correct tax for a biblical worldview? Yeah, I'm sure that is what Ceasar had in mind, and what Jesus meant when he said render unto Ceasar what is Ceasars. Half of the the questions were so ridicuously biased I burst into laughter upon reading them. Considering my non hyperconservative political stance and my more liberal economic and social viewpoints I did not stand a chance with this test. I scored as a secualr humanist despite my belief that God is the creator of all; the Bible is the inerrant Word of God; Satan is real; Jesus was real, sinless and died for our sins; there is only one way to salvation; we cannot get to heaven by our good deeds and works on earth; the Bible should be the basis for all of our value foundations, etc. So it is not really a biblical view UNLESS it is also a conservative political view as well. Good to know...... -
72% moderate biblical worldview...some odd questions, though anything that started "The federal government should..." was cause for suspicion ;)
-
94% - 160 out of 170 - Strong Biblical Worldview Thinker
I had two questions I misread and should've answered differently and two I would dispute. However, overall, it seemed like a pretty fair gauge. -
This "test" is a crock of mud. I want my five minutes back.

For those that are disappointed with the Worldviewweekend test. You might try the Peers test at the Nehemiah Institute.

The problem is that these hoo-haws think that their specific narrow political views are the only possible solidly Biblical ones. It's the same silly "neener neener neener" that goes on everywhere someone decides that they, and they alone, have God all figured out. -

Please note, I am not trying to insinuate anything about your opinion. I just wanted to help get the thread back on track because I find it interesting. -
