Im not a big breakfast eater, but I do like breakfast food for supper. Any of the above would be good, and I would also like some French Toast.
-
I voted for all but eggs over easy. Yuk!
Like Pastor, I'm not really a breakfast guy but I do love breakfast food for dinner (supper in the south). -

We love breakfast food, fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, maybe hashbrowns, or sweetened buttered grits.

I could have marked "All of the Above", if there had been that option and then added some more...Boiled Omelets and cinnamon toast come to mind.
I love breakfast, but I love it even more for supper!
It seems like we're all in a hurry at breakfast, but at supper we can take our time and really enjoy it. -
I checked scambled eggs, sausage, and waffles, because the question was "What would you LIKE for breakfast." I would like those, but I have returned to a former eating pattern of 2 meals a day and nothing else, so I do not eat breakfast.
-
In addition to all the meat and eggs a good breakfast should include hasbrowns with Tabasco (put some on the eggs too), biscuits and sausage gravey, and a serving of grits. Then don't forget lots of coffee.

Favorite breakfast:
tea, homemade bread toasted with butter, and either a handful of raw almonds or a poached egg.
Second half of breakfast is several hours later after I have come in from the barn -- more tea, some fruit, and another piece of toast!
I don't do well on a heavy meal! -
To put grits on the same line with that other stuff should be illegal!
-
I'm mostly a cereal person.

I love breakfast for supper too. All the stuff yall mentioned is great, esp the buttered and sugared grits, and biscuit w/gravy.
I also love a good European style continental breakfast - croissants and breads with various jellies.
And dont forget the trust ole Pop Tart dipped in coffee...mmmmmmmm. -
Usually for breakfast I have some hot 100% wheat cereal with some wheat germ and unsweetened applesauce instead of sugar. One day a week though I allow myself some turkey bacon and eggs (3 egg whites and a half a yolk) along with either grits or occasionally French Toast.
I remember my dad had a co-worker he drove to work with in a carpool for years. This guy smoked ALL the time, a pack a day and demanded eggs and bacon and/or sausage for (literally) every breakfast.
The guy retired at 65 and about a year later found out he had cancer EVERYWHERE: lungs, brain, liver etc. The doctors sent him home to die, he was gone in a few months.
(Speaking of European style TaterTot, my favorite topping for toast is a British marmalade, 'Tiptree' orange-tangerine. The British make some outstanding marmalades, nothing close to it in American supermarkets. They also make lemon marmalade and grapefruit as well. Some lemon marmalade on a crusty baugette-style roll with real butter takes me back to a holiday in England.)
