It is given by God. If you have something to teach then get on with it.

Maybe BobRyan can help you out. We have made it to God made the heavens and the earth. Haven't learned anything new yet concerning the SDA three angel message. We have the Scripture message, but still waiting on further "Light".

All of them quoting the unique language of Ex 20:11 "11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day and made it holy."

Not "sea earth and heaven" not "earth and heaven" but distinctly the heavens and the earth, the sea

As we see here - "God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all that is in them" Acts 14:15

By contrast you will find 'no quote' in the NT of "Do not take God's name in vain"

    1. They do not know what the mark of the beast is in Rev 13 and 14.
    2. They do not know what the significance of Rev 15:8 is
    3. They do not know why 1 Thess 4 keeps using the term "sleep"
    4. Most do not know why Paul goes out of his way in Ephesians 6:2 to pull the Ten Commandments into the discussion
    5. They can tell that Rev 14 is structured to give a final warning message to the world followed by the wrath of God and the "reaping" of the wicked and of the saints... but they cannot tell what it means.
    6. They do not know what Christ is doing as our High Priest in the Sanctuary of Heaven as it relates to the work of Christ depicted in Leviticus 16 on the "Day of Atonement" and how that relates to "Gospel Judgment" that we see in Romans 2:13-16 and in Rev 14:6-7
    7. They do not know what the "Seal of God" is in Rev 7. They can see that it is a kind of end-times "Noah's Ark" of safety for the saints to survive the Rev 15:8 event but they don't know what it is.

I was hoping you would take one step at a time as to teach why your SDA three angel doctrine is correct. So far I have been given some Scripture which all Christians say Amen to, but nothing new. Your last post before this one you posted Scripture where God says He created the heaven and the earth. Ok, and this is relevant why? We all know God created the heavens and the earth. Please, one step at a time, do not plaster the board with Scripture making several leaps at a time.

I like to think of my post as a "short summary" :)

Well, I thought you might help out One Baptism. He said he was here to teach, but gave up pretty quick. He got as far as leading me to God creating the heavens and the earth, which I already knew, but gave nothing as to how it links to SDA three angel message.

Not sure why you find this some sort of distinction. and the reference to God creating the heavens and the earth precede it being repeated in Exodus. In fact God states it as "heavens and earth" in Gen 2:1 and as "earth and heavens" in Gen 2:4. Why do you find the order so relevant?

you travel around on sea and land to make one proselyte; and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.Matthew 23:15 ...

That is a fun game to play but is not very helpful if discussing Bible details about a given doctrine.

You have a Bible right? Most Bibles indicate with upper case that the OT text is being quoted.
You knew - that we all knew that - right?

Or is this circling back to "restate the obvious for me please" sort of gaming? :)

Sometimes that sort of game is useful but not often.

It might be helpful to you, Bob, if you would listen to His words.

May He grant you ears to hear.

You still did not answer my question. What is your point in the distinction in the order of how it is stated? Genesis states God created the earth and the heavens, the sea and all things, etc. You are not making any point so far. You would think that you guys who believe this SDA three angels stuff would not have such difficulty teaching it to others. So far You and One Baptism has made it to Rev 14 pointing out that God made the heavens and the earth, we all know this, do you have a point?

I was hoping you would start from the obvious point that all of us can see in our Bibles regarding NT quotes of the OT.

Apparently we could not get to "step 1"
