Our church has a children's pastor, a senior youth pastor (runs senior high youth group and oversees the other youth pastor) and a youth pastor who runs the junior high and college ministry. My husband used to run the college ministry but he gave that over to the new guy to free himself up for other ministry (church planting).

We have a Pastor of Family & Children (runs SS for 6th grade and under but also is the Family minister in terms of children's programs)
Director for High School
Director for Middle School (this person was also the Student Director, which covers high school and middle school but he's leaving, so we are looking for someone)
We have a young adult director; this includes college age but there is no separate college age director or pastr -

Have a full time youth pastor. This is an ordained position. Also his wife is a big help with him, and assists in small groups for teen girls. His ministry is both the middle school and high school.
Have a full time director of children's ministry, which is not ordained. -
We have a small youth group, and I currently am teaching that. The only full-time person on staff is the pastor, I am bi-vocational. Teaching youth is not my strong suit, I am more suited to adults, or even the grade-school kids, but that is my current lot in His service. Guess I have something to learn and or develop.
