I can't WAIT to find out who did this. Then I can't wait to see how the leftist media will blame Repugnicans and the NRA.
But for now, my thoughts are with the fallen and their families. And I hope the people who murdered these cops never end up teaching college in 20 years.

I've already seen someone post on Facebook "This is what you get when you have an armed country." Yep - it's about the guns now.

Unfortunately, I knew a day like this was coming. Sadly, history has shown that the only way to get the attention of the white majority to acknowledge the atrocities perpetrated against other parts of the demographic, is for something else tragic to take place.
I'm really disgusted with this world.
And it is this type of disgusting display brought about by we don't know what that tells me there is NO WAY that God in heaven has given His okay for us to EVER take the life of another. -
There are simply too many weapons of mass destruction floating around in the streets. Is there a reason for your every day run of the mill guy who is no longer in the military to have a sniper's gun? -

BLM is a terrorist organization. -
If BLM where white and the shooter white and the victims black, the Feds would break up BLM and charge BLM leaders with federal crimes that contributed to this mass murder.

There you go spreading lies again.. According to the Dallas Mayor's office and the Dallas Police, the one sniper who was killed made many statements. Amongst those statements:
-
The Dallas Mayor's office and police department have already coming out saying that the sniper they had expressed that he was not affiliated with BLM or any other group. -
-
There's no real surprise. The Goal of Black Lives Matters is to "kill the pigs".. Always has been. With subtle encouragement from Barack Obama, the community organizer.
If the perps of this killing are not brought to justice soon, it may become open season on BLM. People will not stand for this very long. They have started a war they cannot win. -

I actually talked to a coworker who was there last night (her car and purse - locked in the trunk of the car - are still at the scene because they were not allowed back in) and she said the BLM and police officers were quite friendly with each other and posing for photos together.
When the shooting started, the police managed the crowds in such a way that reduced panic and moved people quickly to relative safety. She was quite shaken today by the whole experience and was mourning the "nice police officers" who were cut down.
She said the crowd was orderly and the organizers emphasized that the police who were there were not the enemy. The murderers who started shooting the police and into the BLM crowd were not representative of those who had gathered that evening. -
They were represented by THIS group:

From NPR (hardly a bastion of white privilege) Dallas Pioneered Recent Efforts To Improve Police Training and Dallas Chief David Brown Led Efforts To Improve Policing. Sorry y'all are going to have to listen to the bits (4:30 for the first and 3:44 for the second). It's too early for transcripts.

From: http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2012/04/robert-farago/rick-ector-why-the-nra-doesnt-include-blacks/
Many black people can recount several instances in which they felt or experienced a trespass with racist roots. As such, many aren’t keen or apt to voluntarily place themselves in an environment in which they think that an attack would be inevitable. So, despite the fact that many black people who love guns and enjoy the right to own them live in the cities where the NRA holds its Annual Meetings, they don’t attend attend because of fear.
The NRA will need to make it a conscious and overt goal to recruit significant numbers of black members into its organization. Once this decision is made, the necessary acts to support this decision will quickly fall into place. Obvious suggestions include but do not exclude the following: advertising in black media outlets, conduct boots-on-the-ground membership drives in major cities where blacks are concentrated, operate outreach activities in the black church, and sponsor educational exhibitions in selected markets.
A great opportunity awaits the NRA if they elect to embark upon this goal. Blackgun owners are a growing segment of the gun community that no other organization is actively recruiting. I truly believe that if the NRA shows true and genuine interest in the black gun community, they will respond in droves.
If by chance, you want to join the NRA, use my NRA Recruiter’s link to get a $10 discount on a one year membership.

Rep. Cedric Richmond (D-LA), himself a gun owner, gave a passionate speech accusing the NRA of not carrying about the welfare of black people.
“The hypocrisy there is so blatant,” he said. “I always thought the NRA was not concerned about me. And I hunt and I fish and I own a gun. But the last few days have clarified it for me — that their Second Amendment concern is not a voice of concern for African Americans. And I just believe that we cannot give them a pass on not making a comment.”

The NRA did not respond to ThinkProgress’ request for an interview. -
