My heart mourns for his family but rejoices for a man who served God well.
He has been ill for quite a few years and his daughter Anne told me a few years ago that he was mostly bedridden then (she came to our church a few years ago where her husband grew up - his father was one of our pastors many years ago).
I know he was so heartbroken over the loss of his beloved Ruth and was looking forward to reuniting with her.

Well, now Him and Dr Sproul can agree with Calvin and others on doctrines and practices! As all now have perfect theology, for its Jesus giving it to them!
