My only word to you is ...
Yes of course, Jesus indeed will save you,
IF you adhere to His (and the Father's) conditions, whatever they might be!
You need to figure out what these conditions are.

But, everyone is on his/her own ... because today's pastors are either:
    -- not God's chosen shepherds
    or
-- God's chosen pastors who are NOT allowing themselves to be led by the Spirit,
and in turn, are NOT leading God's sheep into the saving Truth.

The most important example of this is ...
Those who are habitually sinning (w/o repentance)
and are in this condition at death
will never be allowed into heaven.

Now, of course, the Holy Spirit will move heaven and earth to try to
get a person to repent (change), but at some point may cease and desist.

Pal stated that the ONLY thing we need to do to get saved is believe Jesus died for our sins, rose again, and receive Him thru faith, confessing Him now as Lord. Where are good works mentioned , again

Your faith is void on account you don't believe God can help you stop sinning.

Does GOD want you to sin? ANSWER THE QUESTION!

There is a BIG difference between God enabling us to sin less, and to needing to become sinless in order to get saved!

So then my salvation is based on my merit - is that what you are saying?

Seems to be saying that we must have good works enough to merit God to keep us saved...

I wonder, do you think the New Birth might come into this somewhere?
Hebrews 13:5. 'For He Himself has promised, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."'
Hebrews 13:17. 'Obey those who rule over you and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not grief.'

1 John 3:8. Whoever has been born of God does not [habitually] sin, for His seed remains in Him; and he cannot [continually] sin, because he has been born of God.' The verbs here are in the Present Tense which in Greek denotes continual action.

Now consider this text and fill in the missing words for me, please:
"Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, '........................; depart from Me, you who practise lawlessness.'" Now, are the missing words "I never knew you" or are they, "I knew you once but have now rejected you"? And what difference does it make?

Yes, poor old Holy Spirit. He tries so hard, but it's not as if He's God and therefore omnipotent, is it?

I never said we don't sin, On the contrary your the one passing the buck on "sin nature" .

You believe God wants you to sin brilliant.

The difference between us is when I sin I say its my fault, you say its God's fault.

    John 15

. 22“If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin.

Sin nature ain't the problem, Else you have no free will.

God determines what is natural and what is natural is man was made in the image of God, its precisely because it is AGAINST NATURE that sin is sin. Its a deformity and corruption of your nature but its NEVER EVER your nature.

Jesus Christ has a completely human nature. 100%. There is no sin there.

If someone tied you to your car with your foot tied to the gas without your choice and lets you lose to run over people when its all said and done, according to your logic I should hold YOU accountable and guilty for hurting anyone.

There is no way I'm to hold you accountable, its not your fault , you are innocent. You are never allowed a free choice, you are a victim.

Can you prove these accusations? Can you show where believes that "God wants you to sin brilliant" and he says that it's God's fault when he sins? I'd love to see it - otherwise you are breaking the rules here.

Key here is as you indicated, a real believer does not live in a lifestyle of habitually sinning against God.

Jesus was ONLY Person ever born without any sin nature, as His humanity was sinless. Not due to Him never sinning, but due to Him having perfect/slnless humanity from birth!

    False accusation.

No one hear speaks for me and that's not what I said.
