BS... the point is trump could have adopted any of a number of testing procedures but he chose not to.... instead he dragged his feet putting the lives of many at stake ( a cautious tale of rank stupidity).

 

As I recall, the CDC early on repeatedly--repeatedly--said they saw no reason for widespread testing, but also that there were few tests available. Also, there were countries getting faulty test kits from China. Not only were tests not available, but PPE was depleted and bought up so that it was unavailable.

The upshot of the CDC protocols (which included "no masks needed") was to allow the virus more chance to spread early on, then later make it seem like it was getting worse by comparing widespread testing to almost no testing earlier. Despite "apples to oranges," both approaches made the conclusion to lock down seem more reasonable to those listening to the Dem media.

And he acted quicker than Democrats wanted him to. Democrats wanted no travel bans. Pelosi said go to the movies, go to China Town.

I don’t think POT:S is actually running the labs that are developing the tests. He is not actually running the tests to develop a vaccine. People who are trained in those areas are doing that. Experts are doing that. He listened to the experts. They failed him and the country.

POT:S acted decisively. He shut down travel from problem areas and dems called him racist. If we had listened to dems, hundreds of thousands more deaths would have occurred.

Strength, honor, integrity and intelligence are qualities our POT:S has in great abundance.

In other words I’m spending the majority of my time at my wife’s bedside who is fighting for her life. The chemo treatments are making her very sick and so causing he kidney failure.... and also to hold her hand thru painful back surgery she just went thru because one of the 5 tumors in her back fractured the back.
