And IF you think LAWS stop murder, you are mistaken, because there are plenty of laws AGAINST murdering, and there are plenty of murders being committed.
Laws can and does make murder illegal. Penalty Laws can and do provide a consequence for murder, that MAY deter a person from being willing to take the RISK of committing murder AND being caught, AND being punished with the lawful consequence.
But to abolish laws AS YOU SAY, is total nonsense. -

It's 2017 now, so should I presume you have already loaded up your roof with solar panels?
IF not, Why not?
If so, how's that cheap change working out for you?
Did you do your homework, of how long the panels last, how much energy is lost via heat, how many panels it requires to meet the needs of powering your home, according to your families needs AND part of the country you reside in AND how intense or expensive it is to remove and reinstall the panels when your roof needs replacing?

And the article you posted just said there won't be an ice age like Hollywood depicts, which was never claimed by Dr. Zharkova. She clearly said it would be a "mini" ice age with significantly cooler weather but nobody ever claimed there would be severe glaciation.
And, in fact, even in the article you posted Dr. Zharkova says "We didn't mention anything about the weather change, but I would have to agree that possibly you can expect it,” she informed [name of web page censored]. -

Now you are just being ridiculous. Of course laws stop crimes like murder being committed. You have repeatedly 'argued' pathetic semantics with me over the last few pages: selfishness, sacrifice and now laws.
-
Because it does not matter WHAT anyone does or does not do; It is ALWAYS based on FEAR or DESIRE, regardless of how many laws are written. -
You have repeatedly "argued" your opinion, void of facts, but not void of name calling and derogatory accusations. -
-
-
Ther's an old saying that "laws are made to be broken".
A "law" will not stop a crime, any crime, from being committed. If it would., our prisons would be empty,
It's a ridiculous argument. -

The Climate Institute has been in a unique position to inform key decision-makers, heighten international awareness of climate change, and identify practical ways of achieving significant emissions reductions. This has been done through several different media including symposia, conferences, roundtables, and special briefings. These have been carried out not only in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Japan and Europe but also in as many as 30 developing countries providing expert advice at ministerial and heads of state briefings and at sessions with business executives and private citizens.
The Climate Institute has achieved this by tapping into its vast network of experts and alliances in the US and the international community. In all its efforts, the Institute strives to be a source of objective, reliable information. The Institute has distinguished itself as a world leader in promoting global climate change mitigation with practical and cooperative approaches.
A Board of Directors elected annually governs the activities of the Climate Institute. A diverse group, the Institute’s Board is made up of academic, business, environmental and scientific leaders from nine nations. An equally diverse network makes up the Institute’s Board of Advisors, which plays a critical advisory role in the Institute’s deliberations.
The Climate Institute receives financial support from membership, private and corporate contributions, grants, and contractual services for government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and publication sales.
The Internal Revenue Service recognizes the Climate Institute as an eligible nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly gifts, contributions and grants to the Climate Institute may be tax deductible under U.S. federal or state law to individual or corporate donors.
You didn't provide a source (any source) for your uninformed guesses.
