Hey Dr. Bob, How Do You Feel....
....now that you've got that weight off your shoulders???
That is a tremendous accomplishment that you should be proud of. My best to you as you move forward in live, with a lot of less baggage to carry around.
My suggest is that you move as far as possible from where it was that you lost that weight, because it will always be looking for you (I hope that wasn't too bad of a pun).
When I graduated from High school, I weighed in at 255 lbs. My doctor put me on prescription weight loss pills (legal way back in the mid-60's) and I went down to 140 lbs. That served me well because after I was drafted into the Army, I could run faster than ever before, and when you face going to Viet Nam, you needed to be able to move as fast as possible.
I have since put back a few pounds, and run between 195 to 210. Of course those doctor office scales always show an extra 10 to 15 lbs., but I love my scale and tend to believe it over those at my doctor's!
Again, you look great, and I know you must feel just as great as you look.
Oh, congratulate your beautiful wife too. That is not easy for anyone, let alone a husband and wife to lose all that weight.
BTW, how did you two accomplish this? I'm sure many others would love to know your secret!
